Gur Metal has ISO 9001 since 2000, AS/EN 9100 since 2010 and NADCAP since 2012, and produces steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and super alloy precision casting parts within the framework of these quality standards. GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

*Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering,

*No military obligation for male candidates,

*Residing on Asian side of Istanbul or Gebze,

*Advanced English proficiency in terms of writing and speaking,

*Minimum 1 year experience about Cleaning, Degreasing, Etching, Chemical Milling, Passivation processes,

*Excellent computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint),

*Knowledge of the AS9100, NADCAP, ISO 9001 Quality System Management and prime customer requirements,

*Able to review customer contracts, extract and flow down pertinent quality requirements,

*Quality Management System internal auditor experience,

*Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills,

*Knowledge of ERP and 3D program usage,

JOB DEFINITIONS

*Controlling the correct realization of chemical process processes according to customer and NADCAP requirements,

*Controlling the correct realization and reporting of periodic tests (Solution analysis, hydrogen pickup, intergranular attack etc…) according to customer and NADCAP requirements,

*Determining the calibration requirements of chemical processes, keeping the equipment calibrations up-to-date,

*Making the necessary preparations for the Customer and NADCAP audits for chemical process facilities, participating in the audits, examining the findings, taking and following corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring the continuity of the company's certificate,

*Making training plans for operators working in chemical process facilities, keeping their certificates up-to-date,

*Preparation of purchasing specifications together with the production department for investments to be made for chemical process facilities, commissioning of the facilities.
