· Undergraduated degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance or other related fields.

· At least 15 years of experience in finance

· Experienced in transactions with banks and financial institutions, knowledgeable about financial instruments,

· Experienced in financial planning, budget, cash flow, credit, bank payments,

· Can contribute to strategic thinking, financial and accounting information, analysis and advice

· Be able to provide leadership to optimize the company's financial performance and strategic position

· Be able to contribute to the development and implementation of company’s strategy and be able to take appropriate decisions

· Be able to report and guide on strategy, plans and performance at work

· Ensure that the company financial systems are sound, compliant and able to support both current operations and future growth.

· Strong analytical side, able to analyze, solve problems,

· Experienced in reporting,

· Will be able to manage risk

· Preparing financial policy and strategy proposals

· Open to take on new responsibilities in changing environmental conditions

· Will be able to manage the administrative units of the company

· Experienced in people and team management

· Have a high sense of responsibility
