GENEL NİTELİKLER
For our operational support team in Sultanhanı, Aksaray, we are seeking a Chief Maintenance Engineer.
Job Requirements;
- BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
- 10+ years of mechanical experience,
- Fluent in English, written and verbal,
- Strong mechanical skills, experienced in the maintenance of industrial facilities and preferably natural gas storage facilities and equipment.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point),
- Good knowledge of mechanical design programs (preferably Autocad or Solid),
- Demonstrate independence and initiative to complete tasks,
- Strong writing and communication skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Strong teamwork and customer orientation,
- Have no obstacle to travel in Turkey or internationally
- Willing to relocate Sultanhanı, Aksaray.
Responsibilities;
- Supervise for all equipment maintenance and troubleshooting such as pumps, heat exchangers, compressors etc
- Maintenance of natural gas equipment.
- Coordination and execution of top/major overhauling of turbines and compressors.
- Spare part management and budget preparation.
- Operations, project experience with emphasis in feasibility studies, concept design & FEED and detailed engineering.
- Coordinate the implementation of engineering action plan, ensuring timely closeout of actions to ensure compliance and track and communicate asset’s progress.
- Develop, prioritize, estimate and resources facilities engineering projects and provide technical engineering support to other departments.
- Proactively supports company’s business objectives and takes functional responsibility for all facilities engineering disciplines
- Assist support functions to ensure that facilities actions are completed in a timely manner e.g. close out of Corrective Action sheets, timely retesting of separators, vessels etc.
- Provide functional guidance to engineering contractors and other subcontractors on engineering, design, installation, testing and commissioning activities, to ensure that work performed is of a quality to meet company standards and is produced in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Ensuring O&M contract management as per agreed terms and conditions,
- Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries/instruments to increase machine up time/ equipment reliability.
- Carrying out extensive business development activities to implement reduced operating costs without compromising quality
- Support contract strategies and key operational support contracts. Ensure arrangements are ready for the operations phase.
- Assigned properly qualified personnel to carry out critical inspections
- Developing and maintaining process control procedures,
- Developing and keeping all & current instrumentation related work procedures and policies,
- Troubleshooting and reporting back verbally and in writing system deficiencies and corrective measures taken in all maintenance systems,
- Maintaining process instrument calibration and issuing deficiency reports, records and logs.
