QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Sharing MTM reports within the first two business days of each month to specific customers determined by the Financial Markets and Sales Department that are using derivatives,
  • Carrying out the necessary procedures and following the processes in order to provide the customer code to the legal customers who will perform the Capital Market transactions,
  • Performing periodic control of KYC (Know Your Customer) information and updating changes in KYC information within the systems,
  • Ensuring the installation of trading platforms to customers within the scope of the authorization specified in the relevant Implementation Instruction, providing necessary support during the installation phase, limit entries, contacting with the relevant BNPP teams, monitoring and reporting,
  • Contacting the relevant TEB and BNPP units for technical errors, questions and problems encountered after installation regarding platforms and finding solutions
  • Checking customer Information Sharing Requests related to the transactions under the responsibility of the department,
  • Following all BNPP and TEB rules and application instructions regarding customer data and workflow applications and informing the team about the changes,
  • Following messages from other BNPP organizations abroad regarding the issues under its responsibility and taking necessary actions.


  • Bachelor Degree
  • Advanced English
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Good command of Excel, Word ve Powerpoint
  • Effective and positive communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Teamwork oriented
