Qualifications:

University degree in Business Administration, Economy, International Relations, Foreign Trade or relevant fields.
Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position with International Trade-Export and Knowledge of Export Procedures and Regulations.
Written and oral fluency in English and in Russian.
Good knowledge at MS Office programs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical thinker.
Strong facilitation, presentation, reporting and research skills.
Self-directed and self-motivated, able to work both independently and within a highly collaborative team environment
Job Description:
Sales support for the current distribution network in CIS region.
Make market research, expand & manage the distribution network in CIS region.
Providing presales, sales support of the customer requests.
Maintaining communication with clients at the highest corporate level and timely coordination of them.
Fulfillment of all commercial requests from the beginning of the order to the shipment of products.
Full transfer-coordination of the details of the order or project to the production department.
Process control from production to delivery to the customer as an "Export Sales Support Specialist".
Maintaining active communication with the relevant departments during the planningproduction-quality and shipping phases and keeping customers informed.
Coordination with finance departments to collect and track payments.
