QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are global mining company which has several sites around the world. We are looking for dynamic, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative, and self-motivated Civil Engineer for our project in Develi.
Job Profile
- Supervising the construction activities at site,
- Inspecting and reviewing projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations,
- Ensuring that all the activities at site are as per the project standards,
- Following and controlling all the technical details of the construction projects,
- Controlling and designing of all the works which are planned by the contractors,
- Planning and joining toolbox for contractors and team members,
- Controlling and following up all the permits in the works which are planned by the contractors,
- Planning and coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly meeting with the contractors and reporting the meeting details,
- Ensuring the functioning of quality control and project management in the site,
- Ensuring the site organization of the activities related to facility maintenance, and providing the work distribution of the employees in the team,
- Continuously improving job descriptions of relevant employees,
- Being responsible for technical site visits of incoming visitors,
- Being contact with consultants, quality control and laboratory departments about the construction projects, following and reporting all the updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Master’s Degree will be plus,
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably within mining or similar industries,
- Working experience in multinational and English-speaking environment is plus,
- Being experienced in contractor management,
- Fluency in oral and written Turkish and English,
- Good command of Primavera, MS Project, MS Office applications and ERP programs,
- Being a team player and result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,
- Effective communication skills,
- Be an active driver,
- Residing Develi district in Kayseri or willing to relocate.
