QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
One of the leading companies in FMCG business in Turkey, Hayat Kimya Headquarter is looking for a “Civil Engineer" for its Investment Department.
Skills and Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering departments
3-6 years of experience
Strong problem solving & analytical thinking skills
Good computer skills are required, especially Autocad, MS Office and MS Project
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Strong communication skills to communicate with colleagues and stakeholders at different levels
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
No travel restriction
Job Description:
Check project drawings and ensure site activities to be done in accordance with the drawings and specifications
Coordinate/manage subcontractors and schedule daily/weekly site meeting with contractors
Monitor, control and report on the daily progress of site activities
Maintain accurate assessment of work performance at site and proactively take action as required
Make quantity calculations from project drawings and control/approve progress payment received from subcontractors
Prepare reports for management on time to prevent problems and resolve the emerging ones
Responsible for implementing HSE rules on site and maintain quality control procedures
