QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Civil Engineering
  
• Fluent English (written and verbal),
• Fluent Portuguese (written and verbal),
• Minimum 1 year of experience in food company,
• Mechanical technical knowledge,
• Knowledge of processes and equipment specification,
• Process layout analysis skills Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence,
• Ability to work in a team environment and appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the area in a professional manner,
• Knowledge in AutoCAD,
• Preferable experience in MS Project & SAP,
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word),
• Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram),
• Owner’s posture,
• Person needs to be proactive, take initiative (proactive),
• Flexibility in working hours and different shifts,
• Good organizational and communication skills,
• Good ability to work under pressure,
• Planning & coordination with multicultural environment,
• Trustworthy and with high level of professional integrity.

DESCRIPTION

• Review CAPEX projects documentation (PDCA, VCD and others)
• Create Investment Orders on SAP
• Create Investment Proposals on SAP
• Critical Analysis of Project Timeline on MS Project
• Elaborate project timeline in MS Project
• Contact with technical areas in Brazil – Investments Team, Controlling and Engineering for technical discussions and alignments regarding CAPEX projects
• Project Management leadership
• Prepare the projects documentations such as PDCA, VDC, …
• Process study and lay-out development
• Equipment Specification
• Development of technical descriptions
• Schedule of activities control
• Assist with the preparation of risk assessments
• Report HSE hazards, incidents & issues.
