QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Client Manager

We are looking for a client manager to join our team immediately!
We are in search for a detail-oriented and dynamic team member who is very good in English language and willing to work from home 5 to 6 days a week for our UK based accountancy and immigration advisory firm. Full training will be provided. Please note that the training will be entirely in English.
Day to day tasks:
- Bookkeeping activities (i.e. entering data and invoices on to our accounting software)
- Filing, and maintaining documents and information received from the clients
- Contacting Turkish clients via email and phone calls and providing assistance about tax/visa related queries
- Drafting letters and emails for professional/official correspondence
- Operational tasks (i.e. scheduling and planning meetings and appointments)
- Assisting the visa department when needed (i.e. translations from Turkish to English, CV preparation, drafting letters)
In order to be considered for the position, you must;
- Be available to start immediately
- Be attentive to details
- Be capable of multitasking
- Have a very good level of English, especially in reading and writing
- Use MS Office software efficiently (Word, Excel)
- Have your own computer and internet connection
- Work 8 hours a day five to six days a week excluding 1-hour break
- Have good communication skills.
