About The Job
Estevien Clinic is providing health solutions such as cosmetic surgery, hair transplant, dental treatment especially to the international customers.
The main responsibilities are:
- Manage the translator and sales representatives in the clinic to provide excellent service to the patients and conduct the in-clinic sales processes
- Solve the patient problems especially which couldn’t handled by the team
- Prepare the working schedule for the translator and sales representatives
- Track and report the satisfaction of the patients
About You
We expect:
- Experience in managing small teams
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Good speaking skills in English preferably Arabic or French
- Strong customer focus
- Professional in appearance and attitude
- Flexible in working hours
