QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The succesful candidate will be a key player in the on-going and to-be-implemented Projects and will Support activities like provisioning, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting as an L2/L3 resource. He/She will bring his/her knowledge and experience quality to these activities and align team work with to reach departmen goals. He/She will be closely monitoring business as usual activities in different projects and help other team members where they need fall short of knowledge and/or experience.
The candidate will have the communication channel open to all team members and his/her manager. This role also is subject to working in shifts and in some cases overnight Support as most of customers are living in a different time-zone.
The candidate will be in continuous research and look for opportunities for improving platforms and/or services in multiple aspects. A proper and clear implmentation plan is expected including time and cost.
Görevin Gerektirdiği Yetkinlikler ve Sorumluluklar:
· BS in related technical fields
· 5 -7 years of experience in Cloud services such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure
· Good command of both written and spoken English
· Strong understanding of middleware product family members like Nginx, Tomcat, JBoss, ActiveMQ or similar products
· Hands on troubleshooting and support experience in complex applications
· Familiarity in RDBMS, like Oracle and PostgreSQL
· Good unerstanding of Java application framework and configuration parameters
- Experience in UNIX/Linux environments, and script writing to facilitate daily operations
· Good understanding of Network and Application Security concepts
· Continuously monitor, optimize and improve working environments
· Experience in collaboration for troubleshooting with other teams
· Team player
· Believes in documentation and sharing
