QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The role of the “CO (Company Operations) Operation Advisor” is going to be accountable for E2E operational and legal processes of Shell Petrol A.Ş. S/he will be may need to review ongoing processes, create projects to improve organizational productivity, reduce OPEX, prevent HSSE and compliance issues, work closely with Engineering, Legal, Operation, Finance departments for improvement projects. S/he needs to ensure all sites are compliant to local regulations. S/he will be contract holder of good and service provider contracts. Insurance, legal services consultancy, site office suppliers are some of the contracts to be managed.

The responsibilities contain of managing Retailer master plan, defining Retailer competencies and skills, build up the desired competencies and behaviors through Retailer Improvement programs, managing onboarding processes with the cooperation of HR department. S/he is the main Focal Point of CO site opening, closing, Retailer transfers. All legal and administrational process is coordinated by him/her during during opening and closing.- Reviewing Company Operations business operational processes and ensure standardization, making documentation create projects for OPEX saving and organizational improvement opportunities

- Working closely with Finance and Legal department to ensure Shell Petrol A.Ş is operating %100 compliant

- Creating and managing projects to prevent HSSE and compliance risks

- As a contract holder of good and service providers contracts, trying to reduce costs, being a part of tenders with CP Focal Point, managing contracts for receiving better services

- Focal point for site insurance processes including tender, negotiations, claims etc.

- Provide support to SAM’s and Retailer’s for being 100% compliant regarding to local regulations and EMRA requirements

- Creating and managing Retailer master plan with the cooperation of Business Manager, Business Development Manager, and Sales & Acqusition Managers

- Defining Retailer competencies, skills, and behaviors in line with Retailer master plan

- Managing Retailer onboarding process in line with Retailer master plan with the coordination of HR and training department

- Coordinating improvement plans for underperformer Retailer’s with the cooperation of Sales & Acqusition Managers

- Coordinating Company Operations site opening, closing, Retailer transfers includes obtaining licenses to operate, ensuring the completion all legal requirement, first good purchases, inter-department coordination.

- Ensure all legal requirements of local municipalities, chamber of commerce’s, Ministry of Transportation, and Infrastructure, Turkish Standards Institution, EMRA regulations met

- Owner of the legal documents regarding of Shell Petrol A.S

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Fluency in English

2-4 years Sales or Sales audit experience is a plus

Analytical thinking

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Proven experience of being a strong team member by working with cross functional contacts and excellent communications skills

Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities and multiple parallel activities

Experience and knowledge of Contract Management & External Stakeholder Management is a plus

Ability to travel is required
