QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering,
- Minimum 9 years of experience in financial modelling, cost controlling, budgeting or financial auditing,
- SAP knowledge is preferred,
- Preferably IFRS knowledge,
- Having a work experience at international audit firm is preferred,
- Excellent level of both written and spoken English,
- Executive maturity with strong analytical perspective and high negotiation skills,
- A master of collaboration and partnerships with the ability to communicate a compelling vision that inspires others to engage,
- Understanding the business operations within the organization and the industry competitive environment as a financial acumen,
- Customer oriented, ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relations at all levels,
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications.
Job Description
- Monitoring sales efficiency,
- Monitoring the impact of pricing strategies and preferences (campaigns, discounts, exchange rates, etc.) on income and profitability performance,
- Monitoring and controlling the analyzes performed by the team, identifying points for improvement and ensuring improvement,
- Following the developments related to the analysis and reporting process, and ensuring continuous improvement,
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analyzes requested by senior management,
- Checking accuracy / consistency of the given number of passengers, performing SPP analysis,
- Controlling the daily commission income / expense calculation based on the commission agreement,
- Performing financial analysis and income-expense control activities,
- Controlling expenditures, analyzing its methods and conditions and performing financial impact analysis,
- Controlling and analyzing the payments,
- Performing the optimal product mix analysis,
- Controlling the accuracy / consistency of projected overhead expense amounts.
