QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

AKSA, a company of Akkök Holding, was founded in 1968 in Yalova. Today AKSA is the world’s largest producer of acrylic fiber over the years and serves more than 300 customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents. AKSA supplies raw materials for textiles and technical textiles in many diverse areas.

We are looking for a Commercial Marketeer who will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, preferably Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration,
  • Experience in textile retailing companies,
  • Preferably experienced in B2B2C or B2B marketing,
  • Strong planning, organizational and reporting skills,
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills,
  • Market and customer oriented,
  • Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills,
  • Visionary, eagerness to learn,
  • Creative, energetic, positive, open-minded and team-oriented,
  • No restriction to travel (both domestic and abroad),
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office programmes,
  • Driving licence - B class,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Residence in Asian side of İstanbul, Yalova or Gölcük.


Job Description

  • Conducting relations with indirect customers (textile retailers),
  • Determining marketing strategy/plan and playing active role in its execution in coordination with other related parties,
  • Providing market, competitor, sectoral analysis and customer segmentation,
  • Preparing final product collections to be presented to retailers,
  • Following end-user/market trends and competitors to determine the necessary marketing strategies and actions,
  • Following global marketing trends,
  • Conducting brand and product positioning research, developing pricing strategies for existing and new coming products, determining target groups,
  • Conducting market field visits and market research in order to understand/interpret customer expectations,
  • Entering new markets for existing and new products,
  • Bringing appropriate data from market to guide R&D projects, estimating the market value and market volume of new products,
  • Conducting marketing activities to promote new products,
  • Coordinating two sided data flow by providing significant data for sales through product, market and customer based price and profitability analysis and effectively analyzing the sales data.
