QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
TURBODEN TURKEY A.S.
In 2015, Turboden decided to establish a local company in Ankara-Sincan region with the registered name of Turboden Turkey ORC Sanayi Üretim A.Ş.
The main purpose of this decision is to strengthen Turboden's position in Turkey and the region by establishing the infrastructure for domestic production of ORC turbo-generators and related equipment, to follow the ever-increasing number of facilities and to create a local sales and after-sales team.
In February 2020, Turboden Turkey included the air-cooled condenser system and chiller for the first time in its production network, increasing its domestic production chain and aiming to expand its production capacity. It has moved its factory in Sincan-Ankara to its new and larger factory in Aliağa-İzmir Alosbi in order to provide a stronger export and import chain, especially international transportation and port facilities.
Requirements of the Position
B.SC or M.SC degree in Electrical And Electronic Engineer or similar.
Minimum 3-4 years of technical experience working on similar position.
Min 30 years old.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Available to mode worldwide, without restrictions related to personal issues or citizenship.
Capacity to manage a team and plan the commissioning activities.
Having good communication skills with both Turkish team and Italian team.
Good knowledge of electrical machines (generators, motors, transformers).
Good knowledge of electrical equipment (medium voltage, low voltage electrical panels, automation, inverters, UPS).
Good knowledge of electrical systems and related documentation (cable list, cable routes layout, metric calculation, interconnection diagrams, etc.).
Good knowledge of process instrumentation (temperature, pressure, flow, vibration, etc.) and related measurement, analysis and monitoring systems (PLC, safety PLC, etc.).
Good knowledge of the verification tests of electrical systems (insulation resistance measurement, fault loop measurement, continuity tests, etc.).
Good knowledge of electrical systems in environments classified as having a risk of explosion (ATEX, IECEX).
Good ability to analyze and interpret electrical and system diagrams.
Good knowledge of the technical and mandatory regulations in the electrical field at international level (IEC, EN, CEI standards). Knowledge of North American regulations (ANSI, NEMA, UL, CSA) is not mandatory, but constitutes an additional qualification.
Demonstrated ability and experience as PES / PAV qualified personnel in accordance with the relevant standards for electrical works.
General Activities;
Verify completeness of information received from other departments (Production and Design) and send feedback
Preparation of documentation for plant start-up
Coordination and relationship with other departments: PCM (Pre Commissioning Meeting) convocation
Coordination of start-up activities at the customer and from the headquarters of both internal and external resources
Interface with customers and suppliers aimed at commissioning activities
Interface / technical support with the PM office
System start-up (open closing, HW and SW tests and controls, hot tests, first parallel)
Post start-up open closing management
Plant optimization up to test run and acceptance completion
Start-up problem management
Problem diagnosis and resolution
Management of repair or replacement of defective component
Remote system control
Management and resolution of problems on site
Customer Training Management
System acceptance execution
Execution of tests under contractual conditions and open post-acceptance management
