QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Responsible for assigned category professional services and its corresponding supplier base
- Follow overall Indirect procurement saving and cost avoidance targets
- Reporting of cost saving potentials and achievements
- Analyzing purchasing data, ensuring data transparency and high data quality
- Improving and implementing standardization for assigned category (standard documents, common services & goods)
- Continuous improvement of available procedures and systems in respect of indirect purchasing
- Global alignment and collaboration in case of potential synergies
- Gathering new, competitive local suppliers to improve procurement process
- Price negotiations with suppliers for getting the best price for Bosc
- Stock controls and identifying re-order points of active catalog parts
- Catching the delivery and cost targets together with the project and supplier team
Qualifications
- Self-motivated, independent, focused on results, enthusiastic, team player and must be a good observer
- 4 - 6 years of professional experience, preferably in automotive industry
- Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, SAP)
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
- Methodical and structured work approach
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
