Position: Patient Communication Specialist
• Working in the Operations department for arranging international patients
• Dealing with the patients in all the phases of surgery process.
• Contacting with international patients by phone, E-mail and messaging.
• Using our online Customer Relation Management (CRM) system.
• Following up with the patients.
• Explaining the required information to the patients clearly.
• Communicating with the Sales and Field Coordinator.
• Daily, weekly or monthly reporting to management.
• Other tasks given by management.
