DESCRIPTION
To ensure the identification of accidents and incidents according to BRF-OSHA criteria and to record them where necessary
Conducting Occupational Health Checks according to BRF standards and Turkish regulation in terms of: New Hire, change in position, after leave more than 30 days, after Occupational disease and after work accidents
Performing intermittent control examinations to the personnel
To provide special attention and care to employees with special features, those who work in heavy and dangerous jobs, pregnant and breastfeeding women, mothers with children under two years of age, disabled people and those who have had an occupational accident
To carry out the return to work examinations of employees in case of absences for more than three weeks other than occupational diseases and in case of all occupational diseases, occupational accidents and frequent dismissals
To carry out the examinations of the workers who are requested to be examined by the employer
To do first aid organization in the workplace for accident situations and emergency treatment in accidents.
To be responsible for technical area in terms of health in Emergency Plan
Perform on-site visits to check workplace conditions and analyze it from a Health perspective
Ensuring preventive vaccinations
Health checks of children housed in kindergartens and Child Care Centers in the places where women workers work in accordance with the relevant law and ensure that they are generally organized in accordance with the conditions of these places
To conduct research on workplace hygiene and safety issues
Determining the measures to be taken against work accidents
To provide trainings for workers on subjects such as first aid and health education, hygiene, nutrition, preventive medicine
Ensuring that records and statistics regarding workers' health conditions and occupational accidents are kept and monitored
To provide daily routine polyclinic service and to ensure hospital referrals
Ensuring the monthly supply of medicine materials for infirmaries, controlling the demands of the nurses and ensuring that the campus manager makes purchases
To fulfill the duties specified in articles 15-16 and 17 of the regulation regarding the duties, powers, responsibilities and training of Workplace Physicians
