QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Having attained degree from a reputed law school
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a lawyer preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house legal experience
- Special expertise in the areas of leasing law and shopping center legislation
- Excellent command of written and spoken legal English
- Commitment to learning, hard work and quality
- Highly motivated and ambitious to develop
- Ability to work effectively and be a team player
- A commercial and pragmatic outlook
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and organization skills
- Strong strategic/analytic thinking & high level of judgement and writing skills
Job description:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts related to leasing and marketing transactions
- Providing legal consultancy related to leasing, mall management and collection
- Following up litigation/collection matters via external law firms
- Drafting notices to protect the company’s interests
- Analyzing the probable outcomes of legal issues
