QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Compensation&Benefits and Performance Specialist for our Human Resources Department with below qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from Industrial/Management Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics departments,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B and performance management,
- Excellent command of MS Office programs, especially Excel knowledge is a must,
- Good communication skills in English (both written & spoken),
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data with accuracy under strict deadlines,
- Detail oriented with analytical approach,
- Good communication and problem-solving skills,
- Customer oriented,
- Support open communication and feedback culture,
- Open to change and innovation.
Job Description:
- Assisting in development and administration of compensation strategy and structure,
- Managing salary and benefits of the new employees,
- Following market trends in total rewards,
- Preparing annual salary reviews and performance bonus payments,
- Generating KPI Report and analysis of monthly bonus system of stores,
- Responsible for bonus calculations,
- Preparing monthly and ad hoc HR reports and cost analysis,
- Preparing and monitoring annual company personnel budget,
- Supporting reward and recognition program,
- Developing HR system, ensuring the implementations and contributing HR projects.
