We are looking for a Compensation, Benefits & HR Solutions Executive, who will work at Alisan Group.
Our requirements for this position;
· Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economy, Engineering).
· Minimum 4 years of work experience in Compensation & Benefits area.
· Experience in personnel costs and budgeting processes.
· Having a good level of Knowledge and Experience in salary survey and job grading systems of a global consulting firms (Kornferry, Tower Watsons etc…).
· Strong technology skills, hr database and MS Excel expertise are required.
· Having experience to work in a large company (minimum 750 employees. Blue collar experience is a plus)
Job Definition
· Creating variable salary and base salary structures,
· Responsible for C&B processes such as annual salary reviews, salary comparison, participation in salary surveys, salary database analysis and salary polices,
· Developing and managing side benefit policies,
· Management of the job evaluation and grading system,
· Preparing the annual HR budget and forecasts.
· Coordination and following HR projects,
· HR database management,
· Development and reporting of Human Resources metrics on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (turnover, hc, generation analysis, etc.)
· Leading Payroll ve C&B team,
· Monitoring payroll and following regular legal reports,
· Reporting directly to HR Director,
