QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Maths or Engineering fields,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, Job Evaluation Methodology, Grading Systems and Salary Surveys,
• Knowledge and practice in Labor Law and Social Security Regulations is a plus,
• Excellent command of English is a must,
• Advanced level of MS Excel is a must (SAP HR module knowledge is preferrable),
• Detailed and result-oriented,
• Improved analytical thinking, planning and organization skills,
• Respect for confidentiality.
• Military service should be completed for male candidates or minimum 2 years postponed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for salary analysis and defining the needs of company salary policies.
• Review market conditions and C&B policies, procedures and trends in order to make recommendations that meet corporate objectives.
• Preparation of offers for employment, internal moving of employees and providing support during communication of them
• Tracking the compensation structures in the organization, (grading system, job evaluation system, job description etc),
• Providing salary proposal for new hires, promotions and transfers in line with company strategy,
• Prepare and analyze annual HR Department and Workforce Budget
