GENEL NİTELİKLER

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering),
  • Minimum 3 years experience in large scale companies in C&B and OD fields,
  • Having good level of knowledge and experience in salary surveys and job grading systems of global consulting firms (preferably those of Hay Group, Tower Watsons),
  • Knowledge of MS Office programs (advanced level in Excel)
  • Good command of the relevant SAP HR modules,
  • Good command of English,
  • Hardworking, analytical, dedicated, business-minded personality.
    JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Support organizational design and development activities by understanding organizational requirements and company strategies and to have organization structure accordingly. Works and sets standards in the areas of organization, process, norm staff, workforce efficiency.
  • Taking role in the overall planning and execution of Annual Salary Review, Bonus and Benefits programs
  • Responsible for C&B processes like the salary planning, grading system, new benefits introduction, etc.
  • Review market conditions and C&B policies, procedures and trends,
  • Support for developing the employee lifecycle process. (Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Retention and Exit),
  • The core HR Processes management; Performance Management and Talent Management,
  • Reporting of Human Resources metrics on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (turnover, hc, generation analysis etc.)
  • Participation in cross-functional HR projects or company wide strategy projects.
