QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Located in the prestigious Sariyer district of Istanbul, this historic mansion offers remarkable views over the Bosphorus Strait and incorporates architectural features from the site’s former Ottoman-era buildings. This "Pearl of Bosphorus" shines through its commitment to community, sustainability, wellness and design, infused with touches of fun and quirkiness.

Scope

Provide guests with high quality Concierge recommendations and service on a daily basis in accordance with established departmental standards.

Stay informed regarding local history, activities, and restaurants so that high quality Concierge recommendations can be made.

Stay informed regarding hotel information as well as VIPs arriving and in house on a daily basis.

Ensure that all confirmed activities are tracked in Concierge database and that confirmation letters are sent to guests in a timely fashion.

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (such as transportation, restaurant and/or activity reservations, etc.) by making arrangements and identifying appropriate providers.

Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.

Contact the appropriate person or department as necessary (such as Bell person, Housekeeping, etc.) as necessary to resolve a guest call, request, or problem, and answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns.

Process and log guest packages, notifying guests as appropriate, and following through to ensure packages are properly delivered.

Maintain and build strong relationships with Concierge related vendors and act as an ambassador for the resort as well as Six Senses.

Stay informed regarding resort and local area information, as well as VIP guests arriving and departing the resort each day.

Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

Proficient in spoken English.

Experience in a similar role in luxury hotel brand is preferred.

B Class Driver License is a must.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to work on sliding shift.

Energetic with positive attitude.
