QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to be appointed as the "Construction Manager " at the office in Malta of our company operating in Turkey and abroad.
· Excellent skills in verbal and written communication in English,
· Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering department from universities,
· 7+ years of successful Construction Manager experience and civil-finishing construction site experience,
· Very good knowledge of the Office Package and AutoCAD programs,
· Will be able to control progress payments, project proposals, plans and contract,
· Strong verbal, written communication and problem solving skills,
· Strong and good communication with client,
· Will be able to manage team coordination and strong representation skills,
· Good Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills,
· Preferably having abroad work experience,
· Valid B class driver's licence and active driver,
· Coordination of between Malta office and Turkey office,
· Who has no restriction for travelling,
· No military obligation for male candidates.
