QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications;
- Graduated from the Civil Engineering or Architecture Department of the University
- At least 5 year of experience in the design of Office buildings and / or Industrial Facilities
- Having a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Having knowledge and experience in field applications
- Having knowledge relevant international specifications & regulations
- Fluent in English
- No restriction for domestic and international travel
- For male candidates; No military obligation
Job Descriptions:
- Supervising construction sites and executing construction projects
- Evaluation of subcontractors (estimate, review of order adequacy)
- Preparing estimated and bill of quantity
- Contract management, managing of progress payment
- Quality Management (according to the specification & drawing)
- HSE Management related to construction & mindset
