5+ years of relevant work experience in market research, which could come from client-side consumer insights departments or market research/consultancy agency. Preferably with retail and e-commerce project experience,
Outstanding understanding of market research methodologies both qualitative and quantitative,
Hands-on qualitative and UX research experience is a huge plus and very important,
Excellent communication and stake-holder management skills to align the expectations of business units with market research agencies,
Strong analytical skills,
C-level presentation skills and experience,
Excellent command of MS Office tools,

Data & Analytics department is the owner and user of the primary data sources of company.
As a part of this team analyzing these and deriving insights from these datasets is crucial therefore ability to analyze a various range of datasets (sales, marketing, CRM, 3rd party sources) and building relevant stories from it is crucial.
End to end ownership of all out-source market research activities, from receiving the brief from business unit to final presentation to team.
Coordinating all in-house market research activities, identifying the right target group, preparing questionnaire and script and supervision of fieldwork with presenting final results.
Working closely with partner companies to analyze trends and providing insights to relevant teams seasonally.
Working together with the team, you will also have the chance to enrich your analysis with transactional data, in order to offer a holistic understanding of the context.
