QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree or similar educational backgrounds and/or MBA preferable
- High interest on entertainment content including movies, series and or factual programming
- Minimum 3 years experience within media at similar position or at an international company is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable communicating with upper management; highly focused on building and maintaining strong internal and external business relationships
- Sound analytical skills; both qualitative & quantitative and the ability to think creatively and independently, as well as collaboratively
- Detail oriented with ability to review and analyze a large volume of data; strong Excel skills
- Advance English language both written and oral is must, additional language will be a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Acquisition Team works with senior management on beIN’s acquisition strategy, maintains relationships and manages ongoing Business with third party content providers at both local and international level and support the Senior Acquisition Management team in negotiation of the deals to be sure that they are in line with budget and overall strategy. The Acquisition Specialist will be a key member of the Acquisition Team
- Analyze the latest trends in Media, Pay TV and Network industries
- Prepare and execute negotiations with 3rd parties plan for deals
- Prepare financial modeling and analysis
- Contract drafting, reading and follow up
- Contract data entry to related internal systems
