Job Description
We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Continuous Improvement & Integrated Management System Responsible in Development of Business Excellence Department (RBTR/DBE).
Your contribution to something big:
- Generate, promote, re-energize Continuous Improvement Culture and mindset on all levels
- Create Continuous Improvement activities within location and train organization
- Workshop facilitation, creation and curation of Moderation Pool (Moderator Hub)
- Overall coordination of Quality Management System. Creation and maintenance of Integrated management system within RBTR for all internal regulations and processes
- Coordinating that necessary processes and procedures for the integrated management system (IMS) are introduced, implemented, documented and maintained in the location
- Facilitate workshops within the organization to review and streamline processes
- Keep relevant parts of the integrated management system (IMS) and business unit specific system up to date
- Coordinating on departmental level and actively supporting the planning and preparation for system and process audits
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of experience in same or similar field
- Profound knowledge of Continuous Improvement in general (mindset, culture) and specific methods (e.g. PDCA, Agile, PM, A3, Lean, etc.)
- Excellent process management, team facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Capability to communicate/network effective across a broad range of associates/executives
- Planning and organizing; problem solving skills
- Experience with Bosch Compliance regulations, Central Directives, work instructions etc.
- Experience in the creation of procedures, protocols, test reports, and work instructions
- Accuracy, high attention to quality and correctness of data
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
