QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will;
- Consolidate the IBS (Integrated Business Services) KPIs in a monthly dashboard, analyze variances vs target and animate monthly performance reviews with the Service Excellence Manager
- Ensure IBS financial reporting on time and in full
- Ensure accuracy of IBS cost forecast and actual
- Analyze costs and FTE variances on a monthly basis (vs budget/forecast and vs Last Year)
- Implement and maintain relevant allocation keys for cross-charging the IBS costs to the CBUs according to the Danone cross charging model. Ensure all data is available for transparent communication with the CBUs (Country Business Unit)
- Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of cross-charging IBS costs to the CBUs
- Monthly animation of the CBS value creation portfolio, working closely with the Regional Continuous Improvement Manager and the IBS team leads
- Ensure compliance of accounting and internal control rules regarding IBS costs (expense validation process, expense accruals...)
To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Max. 2 years experience in finance
- Experience about continuous improvement mindset is an asset
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- SAP knowledge is an asset
- Knowledge on Financial accounting and reporting
- Audit background would be an asset
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organization and planning skills, ability to work with strict deadlines
