QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Contracting Chief" for our Marketing and Contracting Department.
Requirements of the position;
- University Graduate (Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering preferred.)
- Certified and experienced in ISO 9001 auditing (internal and external)(preferably), IRIS Certified (preferably)
- More than 2 years of Contract Management and Commercial Relations Management experience (preferably in Railway or Commercial Vehicle Industry)
- Having Contract Management Training (preferably) and Negotiation Techniques Training (preferably).
- Turkish Language & English Language (Fluent- Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Having a valid driving license and active driver.
- Proficiency in Ms. Office Programs.
- Foreign companies working experience is preferred.
- Pro-active, careful, analytic, self-motivated and energetic personality.
- Able to travel in Turkey & Abroad.
- Living in Ankara (preferably near to Sincan)
- Completed Military Service (for Male Candidates)
Main responsibilities of the position;
Studying the requirements, duties and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure alignment with the company's goals and industry regulations.
Responsible for the carrying out the preparations for contracting.
Reviews, negotiates, amends standard contract documentation as required, often adding, or changing clauses in accordance with the project management or stakeholders.
Drafts appropriate contractual and commercial terms and conditions to best serve and protect Company's interests.
Works with the other departments during contract development and execution of a contract.
Other related responsibilities.
