How would you like to take a long journey with us in the Learning & Development Department for TELUS International, a global Customer Service Management Company?

As part of our development progress, we are looking for Corporate English Teacher.


Responsibilities:

  • Giving English lessons to our teammates in the company
  • Translation of training and corporate communication materials
  • Establish a supportive, positive classroom culture that sets high expectations
  • Carefully monitor students’ learning progress and make necessary adjustments
  • Incorporate technology into the learning process when appropriate and deliver F2F & online trainings
  • Prepare the necessary materials for courses and conduct the relevant exams
  • Organization and management of the classroom
  • Design instructional activities by using data from student learning style assessments
  • Support L&D team for corporate trainings


Skills and Experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in the subject area
  • Have excellent knowledge of English in C1 or C2 level
  • Minimum 3 years experience in teaching English as a foreign language
  • For foreign teachers, CELTA, DELTA, TESOL etc. certification is required
  • For Turkish teachers, pedagogic formation is required
  • Mixture of both would be a plus
  • A real passion for learning and improvement
  • Effective communication skills, with the willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
