We are looking for a Corporate Finance Associate/Senior Associate (based on experience and technical capabilities) to be assigned to our Holding HQ Office in Istanbul.
Qualifications
- Graduated from Economics, Business Administration or Engineering Departments,
- Min 2 years of solid experience in any of the following areas: Valuation and/or Corporate Finance and/or Banking (M&A, DCM, Structured Finance),
- Experience in Big4 is preferred,
- Excellent command of verbal and written English,
- Excellent command of MS-Office Applications (Especially MS-Excel and preferably some experience of VBA),
- Masters’ Degree is a plus,
- Strong analytical skills,
- Have proven record and understanding of financial modelling,
- Ability to make exhaustive financial analysis,
- Ability to work under tight deadlines,
- Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic, organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be self-motivated,
- Advanced communication, interpersonal skills,
- Strong team working skills, having “us” mentality,
- No military obligation or extension for male candidates.
Job Description
- Prepare and monitor financial models and DCF models,
- Prepare and monitor sector reports,
- Preparing feasibility analysis,
- Unique opportunity of actively participation in M&A deals (screening, due diligence and execution),
- Review due diligence studies,
- Work jointly with project finance team for financial structuring and modelling purposes,
- Contribute to group financial strategy,
- Preparing confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations.
