For our growing organization, we are looking for "Corporate Finance Manager" to be based in Headquarter.

What are we looking for in Corporate Finance Manager?

· University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related fields from a reputable university,

· Having minimum 7 years of related work experience, preferably in Big 4 companies, or investment banking.

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written) in both English and Turkish,

· Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas,

· Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills,

· Ability to operate with a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality,

· No travel restrictions.

Job Description

Specifically, you will be:

· Project management of key elements of the deal execution

· Making short and long term cash flow planning of the company, performing and reporting financial operations accordingly,

· Managing of short-term financing facility applications (i.e. bridge, term loan, sukuk, eurobond), drafting term sheet, analyzing financing structure

· Maintaining appropriate and healthy relations with banks, leasing and other financial institutions,

· Participating in tender processes of opportunities located in Turkey or abroad,

· Analyzing financial and operational data

· Fulfilling ad hoc analysis or report requests of C levels or the BoD members for various purposes.
