QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job description
-Providing efficient legal support to all business units (in particular commercial law, data protection, contract law),
-Experience on corporate maintenance, data protection and drafting on all types of contracts and legal texts,
-Deliver and implement assigned projects & tasks and mitigate the risk with applicable solutions, -Legal support on providing corporate secretary formalities including but not limited to general assembly meetings, Spin-off, merger and change of legal form, board resolutions, limit of authorities and power of attorneys.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in law, master degree is an asset.
-Registered at bar association with at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
-Excellent command of English (French would be an asset).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
