QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Godiva TR is looking for an Corporate Sales Representative for its retail organization. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
RESPONSİBİLİTİES
- Conduct regular visits to customers; enhance existing customer base and to plan daily visits to potential customers in order to acquire new customers.
- Disseminate the services and solutions to customers in the target segment and to conduct the execution of activities related to the sale of the marketing side,
- Developing new sales strategies to increase sales volume and productivity, the creation of target-based sales and marketing strategy,
- Prepare analysis reports by sales amount, to provide management and to determine the sales policy,
- Regularly follow competitors, new products and prices, to plan the necessary work and actions
- Focusing on increasing customers' loyalty and satisfaction, the execution of all processes related to the customer expectation,
- Planning, fullfilment and control of pre-sales and post-sales activities
QUALİFİCATİONS
- At least 5 years of experience in customer portfolio management preferably in Horeca, FMCG or retail sector
- Capable of analysing sector and market, making quick decisions, strategic planning and teamwork skills is high,
- Persuasion is high, customers and business-oriented,
- Experienced Customer relation management (CRM), Customer experience management (CEM), Data Mining
- Develop new ideas and solutions
- Presentable; strong organization, communication, problem-solving, organizational and presentation skills
- Very good command of English, which can perform all sorts of verbal communication smoothly, required English-Turkish & Turkish-English capable of accurate translations, Turkish & English presentation, developed contract preparation skills,
- Able to travel throughout Turkey and abroad and have Valid driving license
- Completed military service for male candidates
