Managing the car rental requests of existing and new customers, transmitting price offers and managing the rental contract processes with the agreed customer
Re-contacting with customers whose contract is close to expiration and ensuring that their contracts are renewed
To develop the customer portfolio by making periodic customer visits
To protect and improve customer relations by prioritizing customer satisfaction
Proceeding in line with monthly targets, achieving the related turnover and number of corporate contracts targets
To prepare and analyze the necessary reports on sales and to follow the sales processes closely
To provide the necessary coordination and control with the finance and accounting departments regarding the invoice and payment processes of the customers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and preferably master degree
Preferably experienced in the automotive industry, car rental or car sales
At least 2 years of experience in sales
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
Positive and proactive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
Good at written and communication skills in English
