Job Description:
Planning, monitoring, and organization of individual workflow in line with individual sales goals
Being responsible for the daily commercial contacts
Conducting regular client visits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis after addressing the right decision-maker
Registering new clients and tracking the status of assigned clients
Collecting customer comments and inquiries and forwarding them directly to the supervisor
Population and maintenance of client database and control of entered data and customer analysis
Implementation of special projects to achieve sales goals after mastering the company's sales packages
Using Client Zone interface with accurate reporting
Continuous development of product presentation
Preparing offers to clients and also keeping clients updated on special offers
Regular reporting to the supervisor, business needs, and the nature and type of work
Required Educational Background, Skills & Experience:
A highly organized person with a strong sense of priorities
At least 2 years of experience in sales and similar jobs
Expressive communication skills, readiness for teamwork
Active use of English
Computer literacy - MS Office programs
Bachelor’s degree
Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
A high degree of resilience, consistency, determination,
proactivity, and flexibility
Valid driving license and active driving skills
Active listening, organizing, and planning skills
Having sales experience, where decision-makers were in
HR, Purchasing, Administrative departments, is a plus
Remuneration Package (Salary, Bonus Systems, Benefits):
Fixed monthly salary paid in net TL
Quarterly bonus based on KPIs
