QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist with the following qualifications to be assigned in the Giresun/Piraziz factory of Progıda Tarım Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

• Bachelor’s degree from Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, International Relations etc.
• Min 2 years working experience in the related areaS
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and as second language German is prefered
• Strong computer skill, good command of MS office applications, sap experience is preferred
• Adopted a customer and solution-oriented approach,
• Developed communication and persuasion skills,
• Competitive, able to maintain its performance under stress,
• Hard-working, proactive and having multitasking skills
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Able to reside in Ordu / Giresun region

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Being responsible for all customer service tasks & responsibilities and sales operations for domestic and export sales based the customers interested,
• Tracking of shipments to be sure the goods are delivered to the customer on time without any problem
• Working closely with sales, planning, logistic, quality, finance and production departments regarding all customer-related issues,
• Creating customer invoices and notifications, follow up the export and documentation process
