Your challenges?

• At Group, Business Group or Country level.

• At the Business Group level, deploy strategic messages. Promotes good practices.

• Deploys, coordinates and follows programs and paths,

• Ensures reporting (including legal) and data/history management.

• At the country level, organizes training sessions and optimizes cost.

Let's talk about you...

• You have bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration , psychology or related fields

• You have strong communication and problem solving skills

• You have a minimum 5 years of work experience in the learning part.

• You are experienced in using workday

• Our environment is strongly international oriented, so you have a fluent level of English
