Project Finance & Financial Institutions Credits Underwriting Credit Officer
General Properties
· At least 4 years university degree,
· At least 3 years of experience in Project Finance & Financial Institutions credit analysis/underwriting process,
· Understanding the economic conditions of the sectors and the market and having the competency to estimate & measure the effects of social, political, and economic developments on the quality of the credit portfolio,
· Ability to make that detailed risk assessment that contribute to the final decision,
· Monitoring and reporting the Project & Financial Institutions portfolio,
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel,
· Ability to maintain and develop complex financial models and presentation,
· Knowledge of regulatory issues in Project Finance & Financial Institutions processes,
· Being fluent in English
Job Description
· To ensure that project finance credit processes and decisions are in comply with the criteria, which is determined by Commercial Credit Policy,
· To manage that, Project & Financial Institutions portfolio are monitored and followed up closely,
