QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bachelor’s degree; engineering, MIS/computer science, statistics, mathematics.
• Experience on SQL.
• Min 2 years of data analytics or customer insight experience.
• Knowledge and experience on retail/market.
• Ability to think innovative and creatively, keep up with new trends and technologies.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Experience with data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing big data and generate customer insights.
• Making recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes, increase sales & customer satisfaction.
• Defining KPIs and dashboards to track and optimize CRM strategies.
• Understanding customer profiles and consumption behaviours to increase customer loyalty.
• Designing and deploy advanced analytics models, create ad-hoc and automated reports.
• Working closely with internal units to produce more efficient and effective strategic decisions by the help of customer analytics
