QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree; engineering, MIS/computer science, statistics, mathematics.
- Experience on SQL.
- Min 2 years of data analytics or customer insight experience.
- Knowledge and experience on retail/market.
- Ability to think innovative and creatively, keep up with new trends and technologies.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
- Experience with data visualization.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing big data and generate customer insights.
- Making recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes, increase sales & customer satisfaction.
- Defining KPIs and dashboards to track and optimize CRM strategies.
- Understanding customer profiles and consumption behaviours to increase customer loyalty.
- Designing and deploy advanced analytics models, create ad-hoc and automated reports.
- Working closely with internal units to produce more efficient and effective strategic decisions by the help of customer analytics
