GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from undergraduate / graduate programs.
  • Having at least 7 years of experience in this field,
  • Having advanced knowledge in at least one of SAS, İBM models, R, Python programs,
  • Fluent in English,
  • High analytical competence,
  • Result oriented and detailed,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Believing in the value of winning together with the team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To develop, implement and follow CRM and loyalty program strategies,
  • Making customer insight by analyzing the data and designing the customer journey,
  • Carrying out data analytics and analysis also preparation of data for target audience,
  • To design, target and manage personal CRM campaigns,
  • To develop actions with other teams by making analysis on the basis of categories and products,
  • Lead market researches,
  • To make ad-hoc analysis,
  • To evaluate customer experiences.
