QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferably in Management, Economics, Engineering, Statistics and other related departments,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM,
- Fluent in written and spoken English,
- Experience of various Digital Technologies & Tools,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retain existing customers, expanding company brands and increasing brand loyalty.
- Follow up campaigns and taking actions according to the results.
- Establish Data Strategy, gather data and insights and make accessible to the teams.
- Execute and manage segmentation studies,make sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Collaborate with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
- Come up with creative ideas and suggest new methods to address customers' needs.
- Conduct market research to follow trends.
