QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferably in Management, Economics, Engineering, Statistics and other related departments,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM,
  • Fluent in written and spoken English,
  • Experience of various Digital Technologies & Tools,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Excellent communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retain existing customers, expanding company brands and increasing brand loyalty.
  • Follow up campaigns and taking actions according to the results.
  • Establish Data Strategy, gather data and insights and make accessible to the teams.
  • Execute and manage segmentation studies,make sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
  • Come up with creative ideas and suggest new methods to address customers' needs.
  • Conduct market research to follow trends.
