We are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist for our rapidly developing company in the local and international arena, who will be responsible for driving customer loyalty and retention through the delivery of insights and targeted customer communications. This role will be pivotal in demonstrating the value of putting the customer at the heart of the organisation as the business continues its rapid expansion locally and internationally.

This role will be a part of our United Kingdom business organisation.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or engineering)

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in CRM / Email marketing and campaign management,

• Experienced in working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and marketing automation platforms,

• Ability to manage, organize, report and prioritize multiple projects,

• Strong communication skills and analytical skills,

• Proficient in MS Office programs,

• Inclined to Teamwork,

• Fluent in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Be responsible for developing and delivering the CRM strategy and roadmap

• Manage the ongoing execution of all customer contact strategy and CRM campaigns using email marketing automation tools, including performance monitoring and reporting

• Work closely with Avansas marketing and Trading teams to manage the ongoing regular e-mails and run campaigns to support e-commerce sales

• Ongoing management and continued segmentation models of customer database to identify and target campaigns to different segments

• Develop and deliver customer lifecycle campaigns and drive loyalty of customers

• Manage the quality and consistency of data capture across all customer touch points

• Work closely with related departments in the Business for developing the customer loyalty vision for the business.

• Ensure consistency of the brand and messaging in all customer touchpoints including email, social, web, mobile, DM.
