CRM Specialist
QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
· At least 2-3 years of experience in the field,
· Knowledge of MS Office, CRM software programs,
· Good command of English,
· Analytical and result oriented,
· Communication and persuasion skills,
· High reporting and analysis capability,
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Prepare and manage omnichannel CRM & Loyalty Campaigns
· Communicate with internal stakeholders (IT, sales, e-commerce and marketing) regularly to align them on CRM activities and goals
· Schedule advanced / personalized campaigns using campaign management tools and increase loyalty through CRM activities,
· Identify new conversion opportunities regarding customer life cycle flows and drive continuously improving customer lifetime value,
· Design and execute segment-based consumer journeys
· Build campaign, voucher automation, canvas scenarios for CRM communications,
· Create, measure, analyze, and report performance metrics regarding automated campaign scenarios,
· Analyze the results of CRM campaign performance with relevant metrics
· Ideating new strategies at driving engagement and retention in all channels
