DEPARTMENT & ROLE

We are looking for a CRM Team Leader to work with the E-commerce department in our Maslak office in Turkey. If you are interested in being a part of our international luxury goods company, apply now!

So, what kind of teammate are we looking for in this position?

  • If you have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Social Sciences or related disciplines,
  • If you have 3+ years of experience in CRM and/or Customer Program,
  • If you have ability to understand, review, and explain the details of complex analyses involving large data sets and many variables,
  • If you have strong analytical skills and knowledge of email marketing performance metrics / KPI's, marketing automation, and web analytics,
  • If you can use Emarsys and/or Salesforce well,
  • If you have hands-on mentality, excellent written communication, and attention to detail,
  • If you have project management experience, especially implementing new marketing automation tools and working closely with project / development teams,
  • If you are respected and credible manager caring and closely following his/her team members. Possess the abilities to manage, coach and develop direct reports,
  • If you have a good level of English,

What will you do in this position?

  • Plan, build and execute e-mail marketing campaigns and email automations via marketing automation tool,
  • Continuously bring new ideas to improve knowledge on email campaign best practices and execute strategies to maximize revenue through email communications,
  • Manage e-mail marketing database for each country to increase email optins and response rates.Partner with Marketing, Design & Content teams to co-develop email marketing content and provide recommendations,
  • Make segmentations by analyzing the consumption habits of the consumers, create and implement action plans to increase loyalty,
  • Dealing with the corporations about IT issues,
