QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent organization, planning interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent written and spoken language skills in English.

• Experience in Tourism industry.

• Being a good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude.

• Knowledge of MS Office applications is important.

• Flexibility on working hours if needed overtime especially during summer season.

• Having no military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Personnel in office communicating with field staff also experienced field staff.

• Responsible for delivery of on ground services (transfers, excursions, cruise ship activities) tour timings.

• Planning tour breakdowns and tour timings in office.

• Checking all elements of every tour prior to client and ship arrival.

• Distributing tours to drivers, escorts, guides.

• Ensuring that the operation is completed in an excellent manner.

• Highest level of guest satisfaction.

NOTE

• Office Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 09:30 to 17:00

• Flexible hours depending on ship arrivals and client needs on the ground.

Preferred Candidate:

Years of Experience: Between 1-3 years of experience

Military Status: Completed, Exempt, Delayed
