About FXCH
FXCH Ltd. is the first fully operational global Clearing House fordigital assets trading. The firm provides its institutional members a clearing and settlement service forcrypto currenciesand stablecoins on the world's most important crypto exchanges and OTC platforms. In addition to our primary Clearing and Settlement services, we offer our Institutional client base a range of other products with a focus on Crypto Finance.
FXCH has identified in Istanbul a vibrant Crypto community and would like to offer the right candidates the chance to join a dynamic international team of professionals (located in Asia, Europe and the Americas). You will have the opportunity to work with the leading names in international Crypto finance and play a role in defining what will become the new standards of the financial industry.
About your future role
(i) Process Improvement
Identify steps that are within the control of FXCH to improve
Write “user stories” to support the automation of all manual steps
Assist in the prioritization of “user stories” to maximize the benefit (risk, vs time save, vs client focus)
(ii) Assist in the daily End Of Day settlement run including:
Calculation of SWAPs (trades done to lend or borrow inventory)
Coin movements
(iii) Communication
Externally to clients confirming balances and movements
Internally to FXCH staff to provide a complete picture of what has been completed during the EOD process.
Requirements to join our team:
- Master's degree or MBA in Finance/Actuarial Math
- Second degree preferred in Computer Science
- Cryptocurrencies and blockchain basic experience
- English as a working language reading and writing.
- Working Laptop with Ubuntu 20.04 or later
- Being a CFA Charterholder or a candidate is a plus
Valuable skills: API integration, knowledge of accounting principle, financial products understanding, machine Learning concepts would be an advantage.
=> Capacity to learn how to write “User Stories” and “Acceptance Criteria” (Agile process) is a must
