QUALIFICATIONS

· Graduated from 4-year departments of universities

· Work alternately in Evening and Night shifts

· At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry

· At least 1 year in 5 star hotels as manager

· Good command of English

· Strong organization and ability to follow

· Guest satisfaction oriented, self-confident and responsible

· Team-oriented

· Ability to communicate effectively and develop problem solving skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Assist all departments in any problems that may arise

· Inspects all public areas and supervises the maintenance and cleanliness of same

· Observes and makes sure employees are properly performing their duties

· In case of an emergency, will follow procedures outlined in the safety and security manual and advises all arties in accordance with procedures

· Supervise on duty all personnel and operation

· Be familiar with the operation and functions within all departments

· Empowered to make decisions in the best interest of the hotel

· To assist management in other matters and projects as requested

· Perform all functions of Operations when needed.

· Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

· Ability to work under pressure

· Excellent grooming standards

· Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations

· Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
